![]() ![]() ![]() When we got to the airport, customer service on the phone told me they do not have any phone number or person that I can physically talk to and that they only provide an email for any post cruise inquiries. We tried to visit guest services on the cruise and they were very unhelpful and just told us to contact customer service when we got home. They don’t care about you once you’re on the boat and have already sailed. Read more details below: First of all, customer service for this company is non-existent. Summary: They knew about the engine’s problems, saw the check engine light, left anyways, canceled 2/3 of our excursions, and refuse to give us any kind of refund.
